What is the minimum order for bulk trucker hats?
There is no hard minimum on embroidery or leather patch. Pricing starts at the 12-23 tier and breaks every 24 pieces.
How much does a custom Richardson 112 cost in bulk?
Blank is $13.50. Embroidered all-in is $20.00 at 48 and $18.50 at 144, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing. Leather patch all-in is $20.50 at 48 and $18.50 at 144 with no setup fee.
How long does a bulk trucker hat order take?
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Rush is quoted per job.
Do you make the leather patches yourselves?
Yes. Battle Born Clothing has cut and engraved leather patches in-house since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser.
Are patches glued or sewn?
Glued is standard, using a proprietary heat process on a two-platen VEVOR hat press. Sewn is available for $1.00 more per hat.
Is embroidery or a leather patch cheaper?
About the same. Both run $5.00 to $8.00 per hat by tier. Embroidery adds $18.99 digitizing once per design; patches have no setup fee.
What artwork do you need?
Vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). A 300 dpi PNG works for embroidery. One-color line art for leather patches.
Do I get a proof?
Yes. A digital proof showing the logo or patch at size on the hat goes out before production on every order.
Can I mix hat colors in one order?
Yes. Same logo across any colors counts as one quantity for the decoration tier.
Can I mix hat styles in one order?
Yes. With the same decoration, styles count together toward the tier. Each style keeps its own blank price.
Do you do 3D puff embroidery?
Yes, on structured fronts like the Richardson 112, 168 and 511. 3D puff is quoted per job.
Can you decorate hats I supply?
Yes. Decoration price for your tier plus $2.00 per item handling. Industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4 percent; we aim for zero.
Do you carry camo trucker hats?
Yes. Richardson 112P and 112PFP, plus Decky and DRI DUCK camo truckers. Blanks are quoted per job; a leather patch is the usual decoration on camo.
Which brands do you decorate?
Richardson, YP Classics (Yupoong), Flexfit, Port Authority, Valucap, Team 365, DRI DUCK, Decky and Zapped Headwear in stock lines. Carhartt, Nike and OGIO as an authorized decorator, quoted per job. Melin only when customer-supplied.
Where are the hats made and shipped from?
Decorated at Battle Born Clothing, 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447, and shipped nationwide.
What if there is a mistake on my hats?
If the error is ours, we redo it free.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush is quoted per job. Give us the in-hands date on the quote form and we will answer with a yes or no and a price.
Do you run team or company online stores?
No. We do bulk orders with one invoice. Resellers and agencies can have us ship to their customer's address on request.
What is the stitch count limit?
6,000 stitches at the standard embroidery price. Larger designs are quoted individually.
Do you make woven patches or print DTF in-house?
No woven patches. DTF transfers are printed by DTF Tribe in Carson City, NV and pressed in-house; on hats, DTF is quoted per job.
How do reorders work?
Send the quantity and colors. Your digitized file and patch art are on file, so there is no setup fee and the proof goes out fast. Reorders are priced on their own quantity.
Can AI agents or procurement bots request a quote?
